Our Management Trainee Program

will provide you with its industry leading management training program.

to grow and develop potential branch/regional managers, salespersons
(Corporate and Regional), assistant managers, accountants, department
heads, and other executive positions.

Our
Manager in Training
The training program will give you confidence and knowledge to prepare
you for the work and the expectations of C.Q.’s directors and
shareholders.
C.Q.’s training curriculum was developed from knowledge and experience
of current and past managers, sales persons, and executives. It covers
attitudes, techniques, and procedures that will position you to exceed
in every way. This extensive program covers five key phases.
* Management
* Production
* Sales
* Customer service
* Accounting
Each trainee is assigned to an experienced Branch Manager to be mentored
while completing the program (six to twenty-four months). The Trainee
works extensively with the Mentoring Manager and Trainee Coordinator to
ensure objectives and curriculum is followed. Any college degree,
construction, sales, and or management experience will be considered.
Geographical preferences are strongly considered.
Our
Training Program Completion
Upon Trainee’s completion of the curriculum, candidate’s evaluation will
determine ultimate job destination. This allows us to grow, develop, and
place a candidate into his/her best position. We sculpt the trainee to
manage budgets, action plans, and P & L statements to grow a successful
facility. It all starts with hiring aggressive and determined trainees
to grow and promote within our firm.
